Archive        Transfer files to data warehouse

ExeVn        Reset executables version, if necessary..

Reset        Reset to start of transp run - NB run via rsh

Restart     Restart a crashed run, or repeat a successful run

RestartRS        execute the transp run from ..RS.DAT

Result       Transfer netcdf to $RESULTDIR

RunTransp        execute the transp run..

Scruncher       Run scruncher

Step        Choose the step & run it..

Test        Run a simple test executable ( diagnostic only )

TrFile          Run TrFile, convert PPFs to Ufiles..
