If you cannot submit or retrieve runs any longer, check your certificate status by running in a terminal on JDC or Freia:
~> module load ntcc
~> grid-proxy-init -debug -verify
If the result is negative, contact transp_support@pppl.gov requesting a new user certificate.
You will be provided with a link to a new certificate tarball and instructions
on how to extract it and save into your $HOME/.globus directory.
