README -- additional information on how to get a copy of TRANSP sources.
remote_site.doc -- schematic and hardware/software requirements for a
  successful TRANSP installation.

Once the TRANSP sources have been obtained, see 
$TRANSPROOT/codesys/source/doc for:

doclist.doc -- general list of document files.
unixdirs.doc -- summary description of unix transp file system contents.
codesys.doc -- brief description of executable c shell scripts.
unix_exe.doc -- brief description of transp binary executables.

unix_commit.doc -- procedure for committing locally developed TRANSP code
                   changes to the shared source code repository

transp_share.doc -- procedures / protocol for sharing TRANSP development.
transp_devel.doc -- methods for developing the code and debugging changes.

agreement.doc -- agreement required for access to TRANSP source code.
remote_site.doc -- information for remote sites

sample.login -- .login fragment -- helpful for environment setup.
