How to install transp

Procedure

1. Seek Authorization, set up utilities etc - see README
2. Check out the transp bootstrap ( session log )
3. Run bootstrap/install.csh ( log )
4. Check the environment variables, workstation type and compiler settings ;
   Linking external libraries ( Jan 2007 )
5. Test the compiler options
6. Run make_begin, to build makefile utilities ( log )
7. Set up Libraries -
   • Build SGLIB ( log )
8. Run make_it_all, to build codes -
   • genmake - prepares makefiles ( log )
   • code_daemon
