My plot window is too big

This may be because the last time you used JETDSP, it was on a screen with higher resolution. Try the following:
  • Close down JETDSP
  • Edit the file ~/.jetdsp/preferences using a text editor such as nedit
  • The X and Y size of the first plot window created in he next session are given, in pixels, alongside the XSIZE and YSIZE keywords in this file. Change them to a value that suits your display - you can always resize the window after displaying it.
  • Save your edits and close the editor
  • Restart Jetdsp
