I try to plot data and the ranges are wrong.

After creating a plot by default JETDSP remembers the layout used.

When a new plot is created it tries to use this layout again. If the last signal you plotted had a completely different horizontal axis range to the one you are plotting, the new signal will not appear on the plot.

If this is not what you would like then there are two ways of changing this. This includes the axis ranges.

  • Use the menu option 'View->Reset to Plot defaults'.
  • Set the preferences to not remember each plot layout. This is done by using the menu 'File->Preferences'. On the new dialogue select 'Interactive Program' on the top row and then select 'No' for 'Keep plot setup after closing plot window. If this is saved then this only needs to be done once.
