Axes

You can change the axes of the plots in a JETDSP graphics window, using the Axes dialog.  Choose 'Axes...' from the 'Annotate' menu of the View/Print window.  A dialog box will appear, the contents of which will vary according to the contents of the graphics window.   Here is an example of how the dialog box would look when called from a window with two signals in the first plot (and more signals in a second plot):

AxesSetup.bmp (76446 bytes)

Choose the plot you wish to modify the axes of from the 'Axes for plot' row of buttons.  Note that this number is taken from the position of the plot on the page rather than the 'Plot Number' of the signals' styles.

The Axes Setup dialog box contains one 'Axes for signal:' frame for each signal in this plot.  So, in the above example, the first plot contains the data of both 'PPF/42976/NBI/POWT' and 'PPF/42976/ICRH/PTOT'.  Click on the 'Hide' or 'Show' buttons to hide or show the relevant axes on the plot.  The program allows you to superimpose the axes of more than one signal.

Future releases of JETDSP will allow more axis details to be modified - hence the currently greyed out 'Details...' buttons.

Clicking 'Apply' applies the changes without leaving the dialog, 'Exit' applies the changes and leaves the dialog.  'Cancel' will undo any changes made since the dialog was started.
