General style optionsThe general style options are on the left hand side of the style editor and are applicable to every type of signal. They are:
Plot numberEach signal is assigned a plot number. This is an integer which determines which of the multiple plot areas of a single graphics window it will be drawn into. Plots with one column are numbered down the page. Plots in multiple columns are numbered in reading order across and then down the graphics page. So, if you have changed the layout of a plot so that is two columns and two rows, they will be numbered as follows: If there is a gap in the numbering of the signals according to their styles then the graphics area will be filled up in reading order rather than leave blanks. For example, after moving the signal in plot 2 (BOLO/TOPO) to plot 5, the above plot with its numbering scheme added is: By default, when you read a signal into the main signal table it will be given a plot number that is one higher than the highest one held by the program. A plot number of 0 tells JETDSP to not plot this signal. A plot number of -1 tells JETDSP to assign the next available plot number to this signal when it is plotted. Normally this is one greater than the highest plot number already held by any signal. If there is a gap in the plot numbers for the signals held by the program then the first unassigned number is used. |
