IBM-NEWDSP Standard Sets

IBM NEWDSP standard sets are now available on the JAC system

The standard sets for IBM userid JETXXX are in /home/jetdsp/ibm/jetxxx/*.jss

You can browse to this directory from the 'Read Standard Set' dialog. Alternatively, since these are just test files, you can copy them to your own local standard set directory (/home/username/.jetdsp/StandardSets on Linux JAC).

Please note:

  • PPFs may appear with unnecessary @T=time etc at the end of each name. This does not affect the data that is shown in the plot. This is because the IBM format sets saved the 'Slice 3d signal' definition with every PPF they held. As a result it is impossible to tell without reading the data whether or not a signal is 3D (and hence whether or not the slicing is valid for this signal).
  • Signals saved that were plotted as symbols rather than lines are not yet plotted as such. This will be changed shortly.

Please let us know if you have a problem with reading or plotting a particular standard set.
