StylesThe Style dialogueThe parameters that define how an individual signal is plotted are held in its "style". To change these, select the signal in the drop-down list of signal names in the View/Print window, and click the "Style..." button. A dialog like this one will appear: The dialog holds:
Modify the parameter as required and then click 'Exit' to apply the style to the plot and close the dialog. If the picture you started with contains more than one signal, the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons are available so that you can change the styles of the other signals without having to close and re-open the dialog. Saving StylesUsing the 'Save to File' button you can save individual styles to named files, so that they can be applied to other signals. It is not necessary to save the style to a file for it to be applied to the signal currently in memory. Signal typesFor JETDSP, signals are classified as one of three types:
If you would like the program changed to handle further types (e.g., image, timeslice) contact dmsd-support@jet.efda.org. Style parameters applicable to all signals are detailed here.  For a description of the type-dependent parameters, follow these links: Single-valued, 2D, 3D. |
